[NKCL] GK Global Group works in earnest on listing of NKCL International on the London Stock Exchange.
GK Global Group, the parent company of NKCL, took a first step for NKCL International (NKCL Distribution and Sales Corporation)
to be listed on the mainboard of the London Stock Exchange.
GK Global Group has made a takeover contract with FPP (Fragrant Prosperity Holdings Limited) in July 21st, 2019,
which was listed on the London Stock Exchange, and finalized its takeover process on last Friday, November 8th, 2019.
